Also, on the ground floor are two ensuite double bedroom, one of which accesses the pool terrace. Both these bedrooms are equipped with walk-in shower rooms. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor too.

On the first floor, there are two further ensuite bedrooms, the Master double bedroom that also has a private terrace and a dressing area. The master is equipped with an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. Also on this floor is an ensuite twin that has a walk-in shower room.

The lower ground floor includes a TV room with a huge TV, a foosball table, a laundry room, and a separate shower room.

The Exterior:

Outside, is a fabulous area with a large garden that has lots of plants and manicured lawns. The pool is a great size at 10 x 5 metres. Pool heating is available if required for an extra charge. Around the poolside terrace there are plenty of sun loungers, where you can top up your tan, and also plenty of lounge areas where you can relax.

Next to the kitchen, there is an outdoor dining table which is covered so you are shaded whilst enjoying al fresco dining. There is also a worktop here with a sink providing plenty of space to prepare a dinner party or a relaxed BBQ.

The Location:

Villa Olivia in Quinta Verde development rental is only a 15-minute walk to Quinta shopping. This is where you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars. Popular restaurants/bars at Quinta Shopping include the Cheeky Pup and The Melting Pot. Vale do Lobo Beach and the Praça are also within a short drive. The Praça is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and also Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and also evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep. All in all, this is a fabulous location.

Within a few minutes’ drive you can be at Quinta do Lago beach. This is where you will find lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and also amenities to choose from. All in all, a great location.
