THE INTERIOR:

Set on 2 levels the property has recently been renovated (2023). Designed to be ultra-modern and also spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, an adjoining laundry room, and a lovely open-plan lounge and dining area.

The dining area is adjacent to the lounge, which is very spacious with large comfortable sofas and a large TV. From here you also have direct access to the poolside terrace.

This luxury villa consists of 4 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom One is a twin bedroom downstairs with an ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms can be found on the first floor. Bedroom Two is a twin bed with an adjacent shower room at the end of the corridor. Bedroom Three is a twin room (which can be made up as a double upon prior request) with an ensuite shower room. Bedroom Four is a beautiful ensuite Master bedroom that has a double vanity, a lavish bath, and also a walk-in shower. There are also sliding doors leading out to a large terrace with loads of daylight and plenty of space to relax.

THE EXTERIOR:

The pool has a terraced area with also sun loungers. There is also a lovely, covered area where you can relax on the lounge furniture. The garden is a secluded paradise with everything you need for the perfect and unforgettable family holiday. There is also a BBQ area next to the pool to enjoy the outdoors or alfresco lunch while taking advantage of the sunshine in the stunning Algarve.

LOCATION:

Villa Melanie luxury holiday rental is located in the highly sought-after Parque Atlantico, Quinta do Lago area. The Quinta do Lago beach is only a 20 to 25-minute walk from the villa which is home to Gigi’s beachside restaurant. Also, you are just a 15-minute walk away from popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and also The Shack at the Lake.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and also jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing, why not try out a pedalo boat? The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned a maximum 30 after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
