THE INTERIOR:

When you enter the property, you will find to your left a lovely double bedroom and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. Descending a couple of steps on your left you will find the beautiful ensuite Master bedroom that has a bathtub and double basin. The master bedroom has beautiful views of the garden. The third bedroom is to the right and is a twin room with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower.

The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped and beautifully designed. The lounge and dining area are spacious and provide plenty of space for the whole family.

THE EXTERIOR:

Patio doors lead out to the terrace with a BBQ and also a table for 4. The garden is well-kept and has wonderful views beyond.

São Lourenço Village Resort is a hidden gem with a fabulous golf course. The resort is encircled by the beautiful Sao Lourenco golf course with views across the fairways and lakes. The village is perfectly presented. Very well-managed with beautiful gardens, a communal pool, a putting golf green, and tennis courts available to all guests. The golf clubhouse is a great place for dining whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

LOCATION:

This 3-bedroom duplex apartment rental is located off the 6th roundabout in Quinta do Lago, São Lourenço Village Resort is a hidden gem. The boardwalk is just a 20-minute walk away. The boardwalk takes you along the sand dunes of the Ria Formosa (Nature Reserve) and access to some fabulous restaurants. Quinta do Lago beach is only a 25-minute walk which is home to Gigi’s beachside restaurant. Also, you are just a 15-minute walk away from popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and also The Shack at the Lake.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 are permitted.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned a maximum 30 days after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
