A lovely 3-bedroom holiday rental villa nestled in between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the secluded development of Vilas Alvas. The ever-popular area of Dunas Douradas and the beaches are also just a few minutes away.

The Interior:

A stylish property with a modern twist the villa is set over 2 levels. The ground floor is home to an open-plan living area, featuring a lounge, and a dining area. The living area benefits from direct access to the poolside terrace and garden. Next to the dining room, there is a fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen. Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms that can either be a twin or a double room. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the first floor, you will find a small sitting area and study as well as a spacious master bedroom. The Master bedroom has a double bed, a large private balcony, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite shower room.

The Exterior:

Outside there is an inviting pool, surrounded by a terrace, beautiful trees, mature plants, plus a lawned area. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool where you can relax and soak up the sun. The terrace also has a lovely, covered lounge area and dining area too. There is also a gas BBQ by the dining area; great for relaxing with family and friends and enjoying alfresco dining. The property is not fully fenced.

The Location:

Villa Ada holiday rental in Vila Alvas is just a 20-25 minute walk away is the beach, Praia do Garrão where you will find the famous beachside bars/restaurants including Julias and Izzy’s.

A short drive or 30-minute walk away is Quinta shopping where you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars. Popular restaurants/bars at Quinta Shopping include the Cheeky Pup and The Melting Pot.

Vale do Lobo beach and the Praça are also within a short drive. The Praça is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

The booking fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover administrative costs through the booking process (including the processing of guest data and tourist tax) pre and post holiday. The charge is £100 (non refundable) and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable.

50 % of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 57 – 69 days before arrival day.

25% of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 43 – 56 days before arrival day.

The full amount is retained for cancellations within 42 days.
