Villa Amy holiday rental is situated in a peaceful location by Boliqueime in the Algarve between Vilamoura and Lagos.

A 4-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 9 people is a fabulous property for family and friends to get away from it all. There is a large garden all around the fully enclosed property, and a good-sized pool that catches the Sun all day long.

The Interior:

The lounge area is spacious and has 3 separate zones; the bar, seating area, and a dining area. The sitting area has a fireplace, and a TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…). There is a large kitchen that is well-equipped for your culinary needs. There is also a pantry area with an extra fridge. From the kitchen, you have access to the shaded BBQ area with the outdoor dining table.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. There is a double and a twin room on the ground floor and on the 1^st floor, you will find a double room and also a triple room.

The lower floor features a pool table and table tennis.

The Exterior:

Villa Amy holiday rental has a spacious garden with multiple plants and fruit trees, including orange trees which provide fabulous oranges for guests when ripe. The swimming pool is a good size at approx. 9 x 5 metres and is surrounded by a terrace with also plenty of sun loungers. The pool can also be heated from April to October for an extra charge.

The villa also has a charcoal BBQ and a dining table which is also shaded from the sun. There is also a lounge area too where you can relax with a book and/or a glass of Vinho!

The Location:

We would recommend a car here, however, within a short drive of Villa Amy holiday rental you will find everything you need in Boliqueime. There are also some fabulous restaurants and beaches to explore. Close to the Albufeira and Vilamoura. All in all, a great location to explore.

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.

Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
