Casa Sara is a lovely holiday rental villa that has 3 bedrooms and is located in one of Vilamoura’s most exclusive areas. The villa is set in lovely surroundings and is close to the old town, Browns Sports Club, the beach, the Marina, Golf courses, and other sports facilities. A great choice for a fabulous family summer holiday.

THE INTERIOR:

The villa is on one level and consists of a large lounge, a dining area, and a bright, modern, and fully fitted kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in total. The first bedroom is a twin room that has an adjoining shower room. The second bedroom is a double room with an ensuite shower room and access to the poolside terrace. Finally, the master bedroom is also a double room, again with an ensuite shower room and access to the poolside terrace.

THE EXTERIOR:

The villa has a spacious and pleasant outdoor area with manicured lawns and a large pool of approx. 11 x 6 meters. The deepest part of the pool is 2 meters and the lowest part is 0.3 meters. Pool heating is available on request for an additional fee.
Around the pool are plenty of sun loungers for a well-deserved rest, perfect with a book and a cold drink.
There is a large covered terrace area with a dining table with a BBQ where you can enjoy al-fresco meals. Also on the terrace is a lounge area where you can relax with family while watching the kids play.

There is also a spacious roof terrace accessed via a staircase.

THE LOCATION:

Casa Sara holiday rental is in a great spot in Vilamoura because of its peaceful location, and close proximity to amenities. The old village and the marina is a short drive away. The marina is where all the action is with its cosmopolitan restaurants, bars, and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, close by away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.
There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minutes’ drive, there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 8 weeks: Loss of deposit.

Less than 8 weeks: No refund.
